When life gets in the way or you need a healthy snack, a smoothie can quickly cover your needs without you turning to a snack you will regret later. This smoothie is SO good, packed with protein and deliciousness!
Ingredients

2 scoops Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla (or Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean)

1 cup plain Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

1 cup loosely packed organic spinach
-
1/4 medium avocado
-
1 apple - any kind you like!

1/2 banana - cut into chunks and frozen

1 Tbsp chia seeds
-
1/4 tsp ground ginger & cinnamon (sometimes I'll do a pinch of cayenne too!)

Optional: 1-2 dates, pitted (for sweetness)
Directions

Add ingredients into blender and blend until desired smoothness
