It's the holiday season and that means it's time for delicious food! This Holiday Spice Protein Shake has everything you need to stay on track with your healthy eating, while enjoying the flavors of the holidays.
We used our Spiced Vanilla Vegan Protein, but you could substitute our Vanilla Bean Whey or even switch it up and go with chocolate for a post-workout snack or even for breakfast or lunch!

INGREDIENTS

8-10 oz oat milk or milk of choice (we used Oat Milk - a local Ohio based natural oat milk)

Ice cubes

1/8-1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract (or to taste)

1 scoop Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla (or substitute in Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean)

1 scoop Propello Life Collagen+ Natural Creamer
