One of our go to healthy snacks every day is low fat Greek Yogurt, fresh berries, and granola - get the recipe here. So when one of our valued customers shared this Homemade Peanut Butter + Protein Granola recipe with us, we were more than excited!!!

Ingredients

1 scoop Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla
-
2 cups rolled oats
-
1 cup natural peanut butter (sub in Propello Life Power Butter for some extra protein!)

1 cup crushed almonds
-
1/4 cup crushed hemp hearts

1/2 cup organic maple syrup
-
1 tsp vanilla
After baking
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips
-
1/2 cup coconut flakes
Directions

Preheat oven to 340 degrees Fahrenheit

In a large bowl, mix wet ingredients (peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla)

Stir in all dry ingredients until well incorporated

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread granola onto it.

Bake for 10 minutes

After 10 minutes, take it out and mix up the mixture

Bake for another 10 minutes

After granola is cooled, add in the chocolate chips and coconut flakes and store in an air tight container
