Lemon Coconut Energy Bites
We are feeling like spring over here!!!! The lemon and coconut flavors from these energy balls will brighten your day and make you feel like eating the whole batch!
INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein

3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

2 T. coconut flour

1 T. chia, flax or poppy seeds

1/4-1/2 c. melted coconut oil
-
2 T. raw honey
-
2 T. freshly squeezed lemon juice
DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, mix melted coconut oil, honey and lemon juice
-
In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients (protein, coconut flakes, coconut flour, chia/flax/or/poppy seeds)

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined
-
Form 1" balls, then refrigerate for an hour before eating
