INGREDIENTS:
Oats:
- 1/2 cup of steel cut oats
- 1 scoop of Propello Life Vegan Protein - Spiced Vanilla
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2/3 cup of Almond Milk
Toppings:
- 1/8 cup of Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of Slivered Almonds
- 1 tablespoon of Shredded Coconut
Mixing Instructions
Prep Time: under 5 minutes, plus refrigeration time.
For overnight oats or cold oats: combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for overnight oats. Remove from the refrigerator. Top with Greek yogurt, berries, almonds, and shredded coconut.
For hot oatmeal: combine oats, chia seeds, almond milk, and Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla into a bowl and stir until mixed. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until done. Add toppings and enjoy!
