And the best part is it makes a serving of two cookies so you can choose to eat both or share with someone you love!
INGREDIENTS

2 T. crunchy peanut butter

2/3 scoop (20 grams) Propello Life Spiced Vanilla Protein Powder

1 T. shredded coconut

1 T. coconut, almond or hemp milk

1/4 t. Ceylon Cinnamon

Pinch of pink Himalayan Salt
DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients in glass bowl and stir.

Divide mixture into two even parts and roll each into a ball, then press down to make the shape of a cookie. Use a fork to squish down and get that classic peanut butter cookie look!
