With warmer weather just around the corner, we were inspired to make a healthier version of one of our favorite desserts - ice cream.
This pineapple mango sorbet recipe is simple, delicious and only takes 5 minutes to make.
Plus it is guilt free (no added sugar) and dairy free!
INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 2/3 large mango, peeled, seeded and chopped)

1 Tablespoon Lime juice
DIRECTIONS

Process all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy (if using frozen mango, you may need to add up to 1/4 cup of water)

Scoop into a bowl and enjoy! You can even put what you don't eat in the freezer to enjoy later!
