INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein Powder
- 1 c. fresh spinach
- 1 T. fresh ginger, pealed
- Handful of blueberries
- 5 chunks of pineapple (frozen is best)
- 1 T. chia seed
- 8-10 oz. cold coconut milk, almond milk, or water
- Ice (optional; and if not using frozen pineapple)
DIRECTIONS
