This is our first baked bar and it is so yummy. AND it is vegan!!!
Huge shout out to @joshisbaking for coming up with this amazing recipe using our Spiced Vanilla Vegan Protein. It is the perfect combination of seasonal flavors, natural sweetness, and wholesome goodness.

Ingredients

15oz. Chickpeas (washed and rinsed)

1/2 cup Almond Butter

1/4 cup Agave
-
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 scoop Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla (BUY NOW)

2 medium, ripe Bananas
-
3 cups Organic Old Fashioned Oats
-
1/2 cup ground Flax Seed
-
1 cup assorted, chopped nuts/dried fruits (your choice)

1/2 cup vegan "Enjoy Life" Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375 and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

In a food processor, blend together the chickpeas, almond butter, agave, vanilla extract, Propello Life protein powder, and bananas until smooth and everything has blended together.

Transfer to a large mixing bowl and fold in the rolled oats, ground flax seed, and assorted nuts/fruit until fully combined.

Pour mixture into your prepared baking dish, pressing down until the mixture is evenly spread around the entire dish.

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown (you’ll start to see it happening first around the edges, so start watching at 30 min. or so to avoid burning).

Once baked, let cool, and then cut into whatever sized bars you’d like.

Making sure your newly-cut bars have cooled completely, melt the chocolate (30 second increments in a microwave safe bowl), and then drizzle over the top of the bars.
