You can't even tell there is protein powder added to this recipe! This holiday white chocolate bark is sweet, rich, salty, and creamy. It will melt in mouth and warm your heart!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of White Baking Morsels (white chocolate)
- 1/4 cup salted pistachios, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup dried organic cranberries, chopped
- 1.5 tsp coconut oil
- 1 scoop Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by creating a double boiler. To do this, fill a small pot about a quarter of the way with some water on the stove, and turn stove to high. Place a glass bowl on top of the pot and pour entire bag of white baking morsels (white chocolate) into glass bowl. Add coconut oil to white baking morsels. Stir continuously as the white baking morsels (white chocolate) begins to melt. Once fully melted, turn off stove and mix in Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein. Then mix in about 3/4 of the cranberries and pistachios. Spread mixture to about 1/4 inch thick on top of parchment paper and sprinkle remaining cranberries and pistachios on top. Let bark cool, break into about pieces and serve!
