Do your kids want pancakes? Would you like a healthier option, but don't have the time to make those "super healthy" protein pancakes? Try out these super easy Propello Life Protein Pancakes! They are light, fluffy, and have higher protein than your normal pancake, but you will never be able to tell the difference. We think our Vegan Protein gives baked goods a delicious flavor, and the same goes for these pancakes! Give them a try; the kids (and adults) will love them!!!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 3/4 cups pancake mix (use your favorite brand, we used Trader Joe's)
- 1-2 scoops Propello Life Spiced Vanilla Vegan Protein (or Propello Life Vanilla Bean Whey Protein Powder)
- 1 egg
- 1 c. water (or Milk)
- Add more Water (or Milk) to thin batter to desired consistency
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add in wet ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
- Pour 4" circles or your favorite fun shapes onto a skillet on low heat. Flip when ready.
- Add your favorite toppings and eat them up!!
