Too early for pumpkin? NOPE!!!
This smoothie is a great way to kick off the fall season - and it's easy, delicious and healthy!
INGREDIENTS

8-10 oz coconut milk or almond milk (or your favorite substitute)

1 scoop Propello Life Whey Protein Vanilla Bean (or substitute in Propello Life Vegan Protein Spiced Vanilla)

1/3 can pumpkin puree (or to taste)

2 dashes pumpkin pie spice (or to taste)

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup old fashioned oats

1/3-1/2 frozen banana
INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients together.

If desired, top with whipped cream and garnish with more pumpkin spice. :)
